Some of these restaurants are Michelin Star awarded restaurants. We also supply to retail sectors, retailers selling vegetarian products and health products
We provide deliveries to our local customers and as for our overseas customers, special package deliveries are arranged by air.
Majority of our wild mushrooms are grown in Yunnan, China, one of the regions in the world with the most abundant resources of wild edible mushroom, over 800 varieties can be found in Yunnan. Our wild and cultivated mushrooms come in various conditions, such as fresh, frozen and dried.
Edible mushroom are used extensively in cooking, in many cuisines (notably Chinese, European, and Japanese). Mushrooms are high in fiber and provide vitamins such as vitamin B & D, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, biotin, cobalamins, and ascorbic acid. Mushrooms are also a source of some minerals, including selenium, potassium and phosphorus.
Apart from mushrooms, we also supply other epicurean delicacies, such as dried herb or exotic products commonly used in Chinese cuisines.
Edible wild mushrooms are classified as healthy food as they have high protein, selenium, potassium, iron, vitamin B & D. Edible wild mushrooms are high in antioxidants and also contain chitin, a non-soluble protein which helps lower cholesterol and reduces inflammation. In addition, they contain polyphenols and other substances that may stimulate the immune system, lower blood pressure and help in cancer prevention.
